2 lb hen thighs (910 g), sliced into chunks
1 cup soy sauce (240 mL)
½ cup brown sugar (110 g)
Preparation
Sear the hen thighs evenly in a pan, then flip.

Stir till the sauce has decreased and evenly glazes the hen.

1 cup seasoned bread crumbs (120 g)
1 cup BBQ sauce (290 g)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Slice the hen into even strips.
Dip the hen strips into the BBQ sauce, then coat them within the bread crumbs.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for quarter-hour.
Brush the remaining BBQ sauce evenly on each side of the hen strips and bake for one more 10 minutes and serve.
